Why is My Data Stored?

If you don't leave a comment or join a link-up, your data is being stored to generate statistics.

What Data am I Sharing, And Who am I Sharing Your Data with?
  • Google: "This site uses cookies from Google to deliver its services and to analyse traffic. Your IP address and user agent are shared with Google, together with performance and security metrics, to ensure quality of service, generate usage statistics and to detect and address abuse."
  • IntenseDebate: If you choose to leave a comment, you consent to IntenseDebate using cookies and storing your chosen username, email address, and website. The username is taken so that the comment can be displayed, the website allows a link to your site to be created, and the email address is so you can be informed when I reply. If you want a comment taking down at any time, you just need to let me know. The easiest way to do that would probably be to respond to the original comment, so that I know where to find it.
  • Mister Linky's: If you choose to join a link-up, you consent to Mister Linky's using cookies and storing your chosen username and website link. This is so the link can be displayed to other people who have joined the link-up. I believe you can remove yourself from the link-up if you so wish, but if you find you cannot I know that I can remove you if you so wish.
Can I Have Access to the Data You Have Stored on Me?

If you're in Europe, then yes, yes you can.

Can I Have My Data Removed?

I am obligated to erase all your data if you ask me to.
